Areas of exploration include humour, everyday absurdities, site specific engagement and the incorporation of domestic objects.

Inspiration arises from the era of vaudeville, classical oil painting traditions and compositions, film (with a wide range of sources spanning from 1980’s comedies to Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton) and Rube Goldberg’s concepts in terms of cause and effect incorporated with the use of complicated objects to complete potentially or otherwise simple results.
